영어사전to 부정사 <4> 부정형 not to R

They left the castle not to meet their enemy.
I held the rope tight not to fall from the cliff.

-R 하지 않을 것을
Try not to be late.
He promised me not to complaint.

- R 하지 않는 것은
It was difficult for me not to play computer games during the test period.
It was easy for her not to tell him the secret, because she couldn't speak German.

He wanted me to help him.
She forced me to pay. :

B. 형용사 + to 부정사

I was lucky to have a son. :
You are welcome to stay :
Be careful not to be rude. :
He's easy to amuse. :
These berries are good to eat. :
You were foolish to agree with her.

He grew up to be a writer. -
He came back home to discover the truth. -
She grew up to become an English teacher. -
